Funny days, and I'm tired
I feel like Forrest Gump when he says: "I'm tired", after he had been running across America. The difference is; I don't want to go home! At all.
These three first school days has been amazing. On Monday I immediately found some nice people to hang with. L, M and R come from Germany and Switzerland, and they would be able to communicate in their own languages if they wanted, but fortunately they're kind enough to stick to English :-). And yeah.. I was lucky because we got to know each other quite soon that first day. They just looked like my kind of friends, so during the first break at school I simply walked up to them and introduced myself.
After the test of our levels of English a guy from the staff took us down to the restaurant at the bottom of the school building. We sat there for quite a long time, asking questions about pretty much everything. Since it was lunch time he bought us three plates of sandwiches and also, he let us order a drink. I chose coffee. What a surprise?! ;)
That evening me and the other three girls went to Broadmead. There were many things we needed that first day, everything between shoes and an alarm clock. I went to my residence at six when the shops were closing, and I bought myself some salmon for dinner. Later on I walked down to an area called Stokes Croft to buy things for school such as pens and paper.
Yesterday we had a normal school day, and we were placed in groups based on our results on the test that first day. Our little group of four didn't have to split up, which I'm really happy about. We ate lunch in the city centre near the school, at Subway actually.
After school we signed up for a guided walk. I didn't know that Robinson Crouse sailed from the harbour in Bristol when he set off for India... Our guide from school also showed us some really nice pubs and restaurants, one which is said to be haunted. And the same pub is also said to have been a meeting point for pirates a long time ago.

This is where the pirates met ;)
Oldest pub in Bristol.
We had also signed up for a "social drinks" event that evening, so we had to find a good place to eat while we waited. During the guided trip we were recommended a place in the harbor callws Za Za Bazaar. They have an enormous buffet witb food from all over the world for £15 which should be about 160 SEK. That place was craaaaazy. Really, it wasn't the most fancy restaurant but hell did they have a lot to choose from. Really cool!

Then our guide met us again and took us to a nice pub. I tried M's cider (which is not like a Swedish one, I reassure!) but I then decided on a beer, "Pale Ale". Luke, the guide, thought I had been a lot in Australia. He said that I had a soft Australian accent. I told him that I've never been there, so he guessed New Zealand and then South Africa. Hahaa must be all the vloggers on YouTube that has messed with my accent.
Afterwards we followed Luke to Stokes Croft, where in another pub his friends were playing that night. It was a really relaxed yet excited atmosphere inside. Liked it a lot. :)

Today: school, and lunch at Saint Nicholas market. Then R and I went to a gym close to King Square and the school, where we're going to spend a couple of hours every week. For a three month membership, everything they have to offer included, we payed £99. On Friday we have a consultation with some sort of PT. Great! Not the best gym but that will do during our stay! At least we have a nice view over the river when we work out. :)

Just a little mediocre peek of the market where we ate :)
During the afternoon I went by myself back to Broadmead where I live, and where the shopping area is placed. Bought a cheap phone since my other ones appears to be locked... ;) Just a few hours ago I studied and then I cooked some meat mince, and talked to my parents via Skype.
Afte today my hurt ancle aches and... I realky feel like Forrest Gump. I'm tired.
Good night :)
